Carlos is a senior software engineer with deep experience building financial platforms and payment systems at Capital One, where he has worked for 5+ years. He founded Common Goodworks after recognizing a persistent gap: the organizations doing the most meaningful community work are often the most underserved by technology.

Common Goodworks brings enterprise-grade engineering and human-centered design thinking to nonprofits, faith communities, and mission-driven organizations — helping them untangle their systems, modernize their tools, and make technology legible to the people who depend on it.
